Changes with QuickBooks Assisted Payroll

Price Increase After Several Years of Holding Costs Steady

Intuit works hard to manage Assisted Payroll costs for you and your clients, and this commitment has allowed us to sustain our current pricing for several years.  However, the rising costs of development and our ongoing year-round tax rate compliance activities have compelled us to update some of our fees for Intuit QuickBooks Assisted Payroll.

How This Affects Clients. Users of Assisted Payroll who started before Sept. 30, 2007 are about to receive email notification as to specific price changes to their subscription. The timing of the changes and the notification will vary. In general users will be affected as follows:

What You Can Do. You may have some clients using Assisted Payroll, and if so please just be aware of these pricing changes.

If you or your clients have questions regarding the Assisted Payroll price change, feel free to visit our support site where you can get the answers you're looking for. Go to www.payroll.com/support and use the Payroll Answer Center, or request a callback at www.quickbooks.com/contactme.

Intuit will continue to guarantee that your clients' payroll taxes are paid and filed – on time and accurately – and we take great pride in offering this service that still allows your clients to have control over their day-to-day payroll processing.
