Print advertisements can be a part of your marketing communication tactics.

Many practitioners will run print advertisements in newspapers or other journals either to attract new paying customers directly, or to host a seminar to let you prospect for new clients.

Here as Word® documents are sample print ads for offering general QuickBooks® bookkeeping services and prospecting one-day seminars. We offer the ads in both unformatted text (to be designed and typeset by the newspaper's advertising department) or formatted in a utilitarian design that will be acceptable at most newspapers. Newspapers will speak about the text version of the ad as ad “copy.”

You will need to modify these Word documents to include your correct contact information. If you decide to use testimonials, use real testimonials from your local customers. (See our article on Build a Reference Program for more information on how to develop testimonials.)
