Subscribe to Story Feeds in Five Easy Steps

You have several options for gaining access to our stories in the Intuit® ProConnection® Newsletter, just as soon as they are posted and when they are newest and of most value to you. One popular option is by using Internet Explorer 7. Below we show you how to sign up in just five easy steps.

Preliminary: Check Your Version of Internet Explorer

To check your version, go to Internet Explorer and then use the pulldown Help Menu to travel as follows:

Help > About Internet Explorer

You will see a box open that identifies the version number of your copy of Internet Explorer. If you have Explorer 7 or above, please proceed. If you wish to install Explorer 7, please visit the Internet Explorer download site, and be sure to read the systems requirements and other notes before you install the new software.

Step 1: Start at Accountant.Intuit.com

Navigate to any page on Accountant.Intuit.com.

Look for the RSS icon () in the top bar of Internet Explorer. In this example the icon is in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

Step 2: The RSS Icon

Click the RSS icon and select which article to subscribe to from the dropdown RSS Menu.

Step 3: Subscribe

Step 4 (Optional): Relabel Name Field

From the Internet Explorer pop-up window, relabel the Name field as needed or just press the Subscribe button.

Step 5: Access the Feeds

To access the feeds, click the Favorites icon, the Yellow Star [] in the top left, then click on the Feeds sub-menu option and you will see all the feeds you are currently subscribed to. You may interact with this Feed much like a Bookmark or Favorite that was previously saved.

NOTE: If you are having difficulty with the above steps but are familiar with RSS, you can also input the URLs for these RSS feeds manually. The URLs are listed below.
