Help > About Microsoft Office Outlook
You will see a box open that identifies the version of your copy of Outlook. If you have an earlier version of Outlook and don't wish to purchase the newer version at this time, you can also use Explorer 7 or above to access the feeds. See RSS Instructions for Internet Explorer 7 here.
Step 1: Start at the Mailbox Navigation Panel
Start at Microsoft Office Outlook at the Mailbox Navigation Panel. Right click on the "RSS Feeds" title as shown below.

Note: If this is the first time you are adding an RSS feed to Outlook, you will be prompted by a dialog box that will ask if you want to synchronize feeds between Outlook and the Common Feed List. You don't have to do this now if you don't want; the option is always available to you by way of the Advanced Options dialog box. To learn more about synchronizing feeds, see Microsoft's comments here.
Step 2: Select "Add a New RSS Feed..."
Select "Add a New RSS Feed..." from the pop-up Menu.

Step 3: Enter the Appropriate URL
You'll see the New RSS Feed pop-up box, asking you to enter the appropriate URL. If this field is not prepopulated, please enter the URL.
Once you've added the URL, click the Add button.
Step 4: Confirm
From the confirmation pop-up box, click the Yes button.
Step 5: See New Messages
A new folder will be created and your messages will automatically begin to download to your RSS Inbox
