How to access 940 Schedule A

Products Affected:
  • Professional Series for Windows
  • Business System for Windows

Solution:
This issue was fixed on the 2006.1.3 Internet update and will also be available on the 2006.2 CD. To download the update:

  1. Open EasyACCT. From the toolbar, select System, Update via Internet.
  2. Select the option to download updated files only.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
After the download is installed:
  1. Print form 940.
  2. On the 940 input screen, checkmark box 1b.
  3. Select Schedule A and complete the screen.
