When inputting a return in the "Intuit ProLine Tax Online Edition" application, why does "Filing Type" default to "e-file?"
When adding a state to a clients return in the "Intuit ProLine Tax Online Edition" application, the state I would like to add is not displayed.
When entering input in the "Intuit ProLine Tax Online Edition" application, pressing enter doesn't advance to the next field, other "universal" navigation seems to be missing.

When inputting information for a client in the "Intuit ProLine Tax Online Edition" application, I can't see how to input new information. I'm stuck at a "Client Information" input screen.
