What is the difference between an "Academic Version" and a "Non-Academic Version" of QuickBooks?

• The purpose of academic software is for students studying accounting who are enrolled in public or private universities or colleges. While the copy they are using appears to be a full working version of QuickBooks Accountant, you should consider purchasing a valid non-academic license if they plan to make ongoing use of the software for their business.
• The Academic Version has an installation limit of three. This includes reinstalls. A non-academic version offers more flexibility for reinstallations.
• The Academic version does not include 30-days of free technical support.
